Coaching: I define coaching as the relationship between two people in which one person finds ways to enable and empower the other person to act at increasingly higher levels or handle professional/personal challenges in a different manner or open new opportunities.
Hypnotherapy: the use of hypnosis in the treatment of emotional and psychogenic problems. Hypnotherapy is basically for everyone who wish to overcome bad habits or phobias. Hypnotherapy helps those who suffer from performance anxiety, such as in sports, and speaking in public. It has also been shown to help with learning, concentrating, studying, focusing attention span, improving memory, and helping remove mental blocks about particular subjects and stress management.
